Carlos Gogo Gomez has performed and recorded with a list of the biggest recording artists of our time. Throughout his career he has recorded with contemporary mega stars such as Quincy Jones, Madonna, Earth Wind and Fire, Mariah Carey and Sade, and played alongside such luminaries as Eartha Kitt, Laura Branigan, Jody Watley, Roy Ayres, Maxwell, Patti Austin, ConFunkShun, Mickey Hart (Grateful Dead), Tito Puente, Malo, Pete Escovedo, Charlie Palmieri, Arturo Sandoval, Gipsy Kings, Jose Feliciano, and many more. With influences from Pop Hits, Salsa, Electronica, Rock and Roll, and Jazz, Gogo’s virtuosity and diversity in his rhythmic influences and use of new technology is his hallmark, evidenced in his performances of diverse instruments and musical genres. After recording a series of dance remixes with Francois K of Wave Music, David Morales of Def Mix, Jay Denes of Naked Music and DJ Eric Kupper, Gogo released a new solo album, “New Paradigm Global Music” which featured Electronic and Acoustic World Trance Grooves thereby opening the road to his current project, “We Are 1 Somos 1” (We are One, Somos Uno) - featuring songs in Latin Pop, Urban Latin/Latino Urbano, Reggaeton/Cumbia and Latintronica.
